Overcome your fear of being home-alone, traveling by yourself or taking a walk. Ideal for women headed off to college, a foreign country, bartenders or for those who work late hours.
Discover the Theory of Power. Learn simple and effective techniques if approached by strangers and threatened verbally or attacked with hands, fists, kicks or weapons.
Lessons are 1.5 hour and the times are flexible. Instruction by Master Penny Duggan 6th Degree Black Belt and president of Kim’s Tae Kwon Do Center, Inc. and Kim’s TKD Center, Inc. Former Midwestern Champion and Head Instructor since 1976.

Private Self-Defense Lessons Offered For Students
Private lessons are offered to Kim’s Tae Kwon Do students who want one-on-one, focused training with the Master Instructor.
Ideal for students who can’t make regular classes due to family or work commitments. Other students may want to supplement their regular training with more specific and focused training before a promotion test or tournament. Others may not feel comfortable in a public class environment.
